Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched within one business day. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to all U.S. states (3–5 business days) and Canadian provinces (5–9 business days) with full tracking. Any duties are shown transparently at checkout.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch and is also available under Orders in your account. If it hasn’t updated in 3 business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace for you.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t entered dispatch, we’ll update or cancel it. Once shipped, you can use our 30-day return process.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on unused items in their original packaging. Start a return from your account and we’ll email a prepaid label where eligible.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

All transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections through PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
