Orders are confirmed by email within minutes of purchase and routed to our fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue the next business morning.

  • Protective packaging: Bedding is sealed in moisture-resistant wrap; electronics such as sound machines ship in padded, double-walled cartons.
  • Accuracy check: Every parcel is scanned against the order manifest before it leaves the dock.

Delivery Timelines

We ship to all US states and Canadian provinces with fully tracked services.

  • United States: Standard delivery in 3–5 business days. Expedited (1–2 business day) options are available at checkout.
  • Canada: Tracked delivery in 5–9 business days. Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated transparently at checkout — no surprise charges at the door.
  • Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders; the threshold is always displayed in your cart before payment.

Package Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can follow every scan event from our warehouse to your door. If tracking has not updated for 3 business days, contact our support team and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf — you never have to chase a carrier yourself.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to keep products because they work for you, not because returning them is difficult.

  • 30-day return window: Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Simple process: Request a return from your account page or by email; we issue a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items.

  • Hygiene items: Pillows and bedding must be unused with packaging intact, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — without requiring you to return the damaged item first in most cases.
